I'm 43, but young at heart. Laughs a lot, likes comedy and oddball wacky films (Eraserhead, Pink Flamingos, Dr. Caligari, etc...). I Like scooters more than motorcycles (I Ride a Baron 150, and drive a Honda Element), and like the beach way more than the mountains. I would rather sleep in my car at the beach than to camp in the mountains. I hate cold weather but I like the desert. I like long walks on the beach, especially with a metal detector -- because honestly, walking in the sand is a ****. ;-) Am a big Trek fan, and even read the paperbacks. I've been a Trek fan my whole life, but not hard core enough to buy the toys or go to the conventions. I HATE mainstream culture and entertainment. I'd rather shoot myself in the head than watch ER, Friends, Survivor, etc... I don't listen to Sunny 102. I DO listen to NPR, KCSS and Rock 104. I hate country, christian and rap music, but love blues, reggea, classical, bluegrass, folk, new age, etc... Some people say I look like a hard ass, but the truth is I'm actually really mellow. I have a weak spot for puppies and kittens. I like pets, but not birds, fish or reptiles. I'm not religious, but respect the cross (being raised Catholic). I don't honestly believe in God or Christ, but DO believe in a higher power and some kind of afterlife, although I am at a complete loss to describe what that afterlife might be. I've just recently gotten out of bad relationship of 12 years (the last 3 years being progressively worse), and AM NOT (I Repeat AM NOT) looking for a long term relationship. Someone to hang out with and be friends, or simply lovers, would be great. I love yard sales, thrift stores and flea markets, but would never buy clothes there, unless it's a work jacket that's just going to get trashed anyways. Well, lets see I just graduated from High School in may. This fall I'm going to school to bcome a Plebotemist and I am very excited about it! I LOVE music and the Local music scene!
